Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
- Cancellation: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 2 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time to cancel without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will result in the assessment of travel fees.
- Rescheduling: Clients must contact WNS at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time to request a rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in fees being assessed.
- Notification: Clients are required to notify WNS of any cancellations or rescheduling requests via email or phone. Notification through any other means may not be considered valid.
- Travel Fees: Travel fees will be assessed if the Notary is in transit to an appointment or arrives for the appointment, but the appointment is subsequently canceled or rescheduled after the 2-hour timeframe has passed.
- Fee Assessment: Clients will be informed of any applicable fees upon cancellation or rescheduling. These fees will be assessed based on the circumstances of the cancellation or rescheduling, including whether the Notary is in transit or has already arrived for the appointment.

By scheduling an appointment with WNS, clients agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the assessment of fees as described herein.
